Georgette’s Experience

Georgette Marquez is HR and Office Manager for BAM Family Law.

 

With over 15 years of experience in various industries, Georgette excels in HR management, office administration, and employee relations.

 

As HR Manager, Georgette’s experience and core principles align perfectly with BAM’s workplace culture: she strives to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce and she brings an empathetic approach to employee relations, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and training programs to support professional development and enhance employee engagement. With a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of organizational needs, Georgette excels in recruitment and selection, sourcing top-tier candidates, and implementing effective onboarding processes.

 

As office manager, Georgette manages budgets, implements efficient administrative systems, and oversees day-to-day operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and management of trust accounts. Georgette also ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory frameworks by staying updated on industry best practices and legal compliance.

 

Georgette is a graduate of CU Boulder, where she earned a degree in Communications. While her academic background provided her with a solid foundation in interpersonal communications and strategic messaging, it was during her time at university that she found herself drawn to the intricacies of human behavior and organizational dynamics.

 

After university Georgette gravitated to the field of Human Resources and Office Management, where she realized the profound impact effective communication can have on organizational success.

 

In her spare time Georgette enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, and going to concerts and sporting events.
